How to Get Kullervo in Warframe

Kullervo is a melee-focused Warframe that deals very high melee damage, especially with heavy attacks.
This guide covers prerequisites, farming steps, fight strategy, crafting, and resource locations.

Who is Kullervo

  • Melee-focused Warframe with heavy attack efficiency
  • Abilities:
    • Wrathful Advance: boosts crit chance, can teleport into enemies
    • Recompense: grants Overguard shields for survivability
    • Collective Curse: links enemies to share incoming damage
  • Outcome: teleport around the battlefield, deal millions of damage, shield yourself

Prerequisites to Get Kullervo

  1. The Duviri Paradox quest – needed for farming Kullervo’s Bane currency
  2. Angels of Zariman quest – unlocks the Dormizone Archithis shop to buy parts

Note: Sometimes Kullervo parts can appear at the end of a Duviri Experience, but normally the shop is required.

Where to Get Kullervo

  • Farm the correct Spiral in Duviri: Anger, Sorrow, or Fear
  • Run The Duviri Experience (not Lone Story)
  • Head to Kullervo’s Hold arena at the bottom of the map
  • Defeat Kullervo to earn Kullervo’s Bane currency for purchasing parts at Dormizone Archithis

How to Farm Kullervo (Step by Step)

  1. Solo vs Group: Solo recommended for control and pacing
  2. Ensure you’re in the correct Spiral
  3. Enter Duviri Experience
  4. Select loadout and collect flowers (once per day)
  5. Spend any Intrinsics points on Combat and Endurance for Drifter form strength
  6. Enter portal to start the mission

1. My Strategy to Farming Kullervo

  • Complete Duviri objectives up to stage 5 before heading to Kullervo
  • Use Decrees that boost melee strength for easier fight
  • Teleport or fly to Kullervo’s Hold
  • Start the fight with NPC at the top of the arena

2. The Kullervo Fight

  • Phase 1: Heavy blade attacks; may teleport to you
  • Phase 2: Summons copies with exploding blades; rush with melee
  • Phase 3: Spawns Persecutor Liminus; focus on melee heavy attacks
  • Recommended: grab Decrees that buff melee damage

3. After Kullervo Fight

  • Continue Duviri objectives until Orowyrm
  • Pick up Orvius glaive and summon Kaithe
  • Grapple and scale to front of Orowyrm
  • Aim for small side circles; jump or grapple as needed

4. The Orowyrm Fight

  • Use pity weapon provided for easy damage
  • Phase 1: Destroy small glowing circles
  • Phase 2: Kill enemies to re-enable attacks, destroy circles again
  • Phase 3: Kill smaller wyrms, finish remaining circles
  • Loot chest for rewards:
    • Normal mode: 4–6 Kullervo’s Bane
    • Steel Path: 6–8 Kullervo’s Bane
  • Purchase parts in Dormizone Archithis shop

Fastest method: Normal mode spamming; Steel Path gives minimal extra Bane for more difficulty

What to Do if No Kullervo NPC Appears

  • Check you’re in Anger, Sorrow, or Fear Spiral
  • Fly away from Kullervo’s Hold and return (NPC may respawn)
  • Most other warden NPC bugs fixed in recent updates

Crafting Kullervo

General Tips

  • Solo farm and save progress with a Decree to retain resources
  • Collect resources incrementally across missions

Chassis Resources

  • Pathos Clamps – reward from Orowyrm or Isleweaver mission
  • Neuropics – farm Lamentus from Dax enemies in side objectives
  • Tasoma Extract – found in Duviri caves
  • Saggen Pearl – small deposits in Duviri camps
  • Connla Spouts – near water sources

Chassis Components

  • Nacreous Pebble – Duviri fishing spot
  • Kvnik – northern Duviri areas
  • Runemarrow – Circuit/Undercroft deposits
  • Ueymag – southern Duviri regions

Systems Components

  • Aggristone – Duviri deposits and small crates
  • Eevani – mainly in Joy, Sorrow, Envy Spirals (Archarbor island)
  • Ariete Scales – obtained via Duviri fishing

With this, all resources needed for Kullervo are covered

Fastest Way to Obtain Kullervo

  • Swiping Bane currency across 7 runs (~2–3 hours if each run is 20–25 minutes)
